Friendly staff, spacious rooms, with great beach access for relaxing and exploring a tropical resort-like atmosphere, but be prepared for some waiting times during check-in after a long flight.

It was just a nice choice for spending 5 nights in Punta Cana with fantastic value for money. The beach area felt cozy, and I enjoyed the beautiful sunset views each evening. Make sure to check the dining options early as they can get busy.

The resort was beautiful with great pools, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the room had a musty smell that gave headaches, and the toilet seat kept falling off. Noise from other guests at night disrupted sleep, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience!

More transportation options for seniors would be helpful.

The gardens were beautiful, but the check-in process took forever.

I had a fantastic experience during my 5-night stay. The junior suite garden view was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and ready to help. Dining options were diverse, with tasty meals available at all times. The scenery was fine! 🌴

the air conditioning in my room wasn't working well. but the beach was gorgeous, and the staff friendly! loved the tropical gardens and the pools were really nice too.

The Deluxe Garden View room was spacious and well-decorated, but the mini bar wasn’t stocked. Housekeeping could have been better too. The views were nice and the atmosphere pretty relaxing, but I expected more from the amenities.

I had a wonderful time walking to nearby Cortecito Beach and enjoying delicious meals at Chic Cabaret & Restaurant during my stay, making it easy to explore the coastal beauty and vibrant dining options around me, and as a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

Couples seeking a tropical escape

The food was delicious no matter where we ate, even at the buffet. The staff were friendly, always ready to help you with anything you need, especially at the bar which became my favorite spot.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.
